Shipping and Delivery
How long is processing time?
Processing time is 1-3 business days. Tracking information is sent via email once items have shipped.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All items are shipped out of New Jersey, depending on where your package is going it can take 3 - 5 Business days to arrive to you.
Can I change the address after I have ordered?
For security purposes we do not change addresses after the sale.
How can I cancel my order?
If your order has not been shipped out and a tracking number processed, please email our service email on gabby@pua-skin.com as soon as you can with your name and order number to process a cancelation.
In the case that your item is already shipped refer to our refund policy for further instructions.
What shipping carrier do you use?
All items are shipped using USPS
Do you ship Internationally?
USA & Canada - priority / standard mail
NZ & Aus - this can take up to 2 weeks to arrive

How do I recycle your items?
Our creams are glass jars that will fit a mason jar lid. Reuse is encouraged before recycling. Dm me for in person market refills.

We strive to be as gentle on our environment as possible. We are open to any ideas to improve on this endeavor.

Creation
All products are made in small batches with care in the ingredients that are inside. Our goal is to use a few ingredients as possible at the highest quality while still giving you a great product.

Search 'gift wrap' to add gift wrapping to any item. Leave your personalized note in the cart notes.
FDA
All items are handmade and have not been FDA evaluated. It is for this reason we make no claims to treat or prevent any disease. Test before use and discontinue use if you develop any irritation.
Product Return Policy
Because of the nature of our product, we do not accept returns. However, in the unlikely event where you are not satisfied with our product, we would love your feedback and to work with you to resolve the issue with a credit. Or a refund, if the product is damaged beyond use. We will always strive to make sure your full experience with us is fair and delightful.
